Hi, I'm Georgina.
I live on the South Coast of England in Portchester, Fareham. My cosy little natural light studio is located here too. I grew up in Southampton, and studied Photography at college. But for some reason I lost sight of what I wanted to do. I went to university and studied Events Management (which I loved by the way!) Then after university I decided I needed an escape and an adventure. So I backpacked around the world, and saw some amazing places and different cultures. Truly one of the best experiences of my life. I bathed elephants, jumped out of a plane, walked through rainforests and dipped my toes in the water of Bondi Beach. So exhilarating!
A few years down the line, Covid hit. I was still working in an office and I had just fallen pregnant with our daughter Harriet. I needed another adventure! And of course, why not set up a business whilst on maternity leave! I had no clue how hard that would be - juggling a baby/toddler and setting up a business. But with perseverance, Georgina Caruana Photography was live! Now I'm a mum to a (current) 16 month old, who loves to do her little wiggle when she dances and says "happy", "bubble, pop" or "daddy" on repeat! She is our everything. And I'm fully still in the thick of it with the lack of sleep, postpartum hair loss, and mum guilt! So fellow mumma's, I get you! Come have a hot brew with me and we'll talk babies, mum groups and the best place to go to let your little one run around.

- I have two little tabby cat sisters. A short haired called Polly and a long haired called Poppet.
- I once worked two jobs and an internship, all whilst I studied Events Management at University.
- My favourite places in the world are - Cornwall, Australia, Singapore, Hawaii, Italy, France, Vancouver Island, New York & Santorini. And of course, home!
- I'm a real home bird! Give me a cosy blanket, slippers, a cuppa tea and a bar of chocolate - and then I'm in my happy place.
- I'm engaged (2 years now and counting) and planning our wedding in the next few years.
- I once bumped into the DJ 'Example' in Australia Zoo. He was really lovely and had a chat with us!
- I used to ski.. quite a lot! I love it, but I'm not sure if I could still do it!
- I once fell down the stairs and broke my foot, running for the ice cream van. And yes, I was 18 years old!
- Giving birth to our daughter, was the greatest and proudest day of my life.

Do you shoot destination weddings?
Absolutely! I love to travel, and if you would like me to capture your special day abroad or further away then Hampshire, West Sussex or Dorset then please enquire for additional pricing for travel costs and accodomation.
Will there be a second shooter?
No - but if you require one this can be done at an additional price.

Can I extend the session on the day of?
Sometimes my photoshoots do run over. And that fine, that is down to me and I'm in the flow! I don't charge extra for this.
If you require extra hours at a wedding or event based on my current packages, each additional hour is at £100.
What kind of gear do you use?
A canon and lots of lenses and a flash light. I also have micro lenses for the close-ups!
Do I have to order prints through you?
Yes please! You may be able to go to your local supermarket, but I promise you, I can get them printed in a luxury lustre matt print. If you would like to see examples, please message me.
Do you have insurance?
Oh yes of course! I have full professional indemnity and public and products liability cover.
Are you first aid trained?
Yes I am in both adults and have knowledge of baby and children first aid. I am aware of how to use a AED machine and rescue breaths in an emergency.
